DESCRIPTION – Misty Unit

The Vianen Misty Unit reduces the risk of fire caused by sparks and high temperature during the cooking process, especially from charcoal grills or wood fired equipment.
The nozzles of the Misty system release a continuous fine mist spray of water during the cooking process. This highly efficient method of filtration also changes the grease from its gaseous state to condensed grease particles in the cold water mist. The Vianen high efficiency Fecon filters and separate moisture separator remove the water mist from the airstream before it enters the exhaust ductwork. The contaminated water is collected within internal channels and runs off to the drainage system.
